Mr. Warlick co-founded our company and is an Initial Member, Manager, former Chief Executive Officer, and current Chief Scientific Officer of our company. Mr. Warlick has been employed in the shockwave industry since 1985.

From 1989 to 1991, he was the vice president of sales for Energy Four, a medical consumables company. From 1985 to 1988 he was the sales operations manager of Dornier Medical Systems. Prior to this Mr. Warlick was employed by Lockheed. Mr. Warlick earned a B.S. in Financial Management from Clemson University.

Mr. Larosee joined the Company in August 2020 serving as Chief Operations Officer. Mr. Larosee comes to us with over 25 years experience in waste management, project development and operations.

His prior experience includes Health and Safety manager with Clean Harbors, Inc. of Braintree, MA, General Manager for Medigen, Inc. (a division of Clean Harbors) and most recently Director of Compliance with Daniels Health, Inc. Mr. Larosee received his BS in Business Management from Bryant College in Smithfield, Rhode Island.

Mr. Tate brings more than 50 years of entrepreneurial experience to the companies in which he is involved. In 1967, he founded Valley Sanitation, a two-truck waste hauling business in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. The company employed
three people and generated annual revenues of $40,000 the first year. In 1993, he merged his 12-location business with 10 others to form Superior Services, Inc., a solid waste, special waste and hazardous waste business serving the Midwest. By 1999, Superior had a successful initial public offering, a secondary offering and finally, sold to a French conglomerate, Vivendi. At the time of the sale, Superior had over 3,000 employees. Mr. Tate served as President/CEO and Chairman of the Board at Superior. After the sale of Superior Services, Inc., Mr. Tate started Tate Enterprises, a company offering professional management services to the organizations in which he is a substantial equity partner.

Dr. Schaden is a Manager of our company and Director of TRT’s Scientific Advisory Board. Since 1998, Dr. Schaden has served as the Chief of the Department of Shockwave
Therapy in Meidling Trauma Center in Vienna, Austria. In 1997, he founded the International Society for Musculoskeletal Shockwave Therapy (ISMST) in Vienna. Since 1992, he has been a member of the re-plantation team of Meidling Trauma Center and in 1993 he performed his first treatment with extracorporeal shockwaves on non-union fractures. Since 1988, he has worked in Vienna, Austria’s Meidling Trauma Center Unit, which treats an average of 60,000 patients per year. From 1986-1987, he joined a peace keeping force in Syria for 6 months. Dr. Schaden trained for traumatology in the Clinic of Wiener Neustadt from 1982 to 1986. He has also received special training in Microsurgery, Reconstructive surgery and Neurosurgery. In addition, Dr. Schaden has produced over 40 published articles and given more than 200 presentations in the field of extracorporeal shockwave therapy.

Dr. Mullins is the recent Chairman Department of Surgery at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital and has years of experience dealing with complex injuries and complicated reconstructive surgical cases. He is a leader in the use of SoftWave ESWT treatment for surgical and wound care applications in the U.S.
Dr. Mullins graduated from the Emory School of Medicine. He served in the United States Air Force as a Colonel, State Air Force Surgeon, and then Joint State Surgeon for the Georgia National Guard. He entered his Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery practice in 1985. He holds and has held key level positions including Chairman Department of Surgery, Piedmont Atlanta Hospital, Attending Staff – Piedmont Hospital, and the Shepherd Center.
